Prefect!

This house was exactly what we needed! The backyard was perfect for the dogs and the kids. The house came with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is just a short golf cart ride to the beach!

Great location. Golf cart a huge plus when traveling back and forth to the beach.

Check in was super easy. Any questions we had - we received a quick reply. Kitchen was well stocked but I would like to suggest a griddle for making pancakes, frying sausage, bacon and burgers for 8 people. We do a good bit of cooking together while on vacation and it was a bit of a challenge.

First time visitors to Oak Island

Our family hasn't been on vacation together in 10 years. We selected Oak Island for its proximity to our home in Charleston. While looking for a place to stay, Sunshine and Wine stood out to us because of the fenced yard, the golf cart, and proximity to the beach. The home is gorgeous. We are a family who likes to cook, and the kitchen was well appointed with excellent cookware and plenty of room. The back porch was our sanctuary in the evening. The seating was comfortable and the fans kept us cool. Our adult kids came up mid week and there was plenty of room for us all. The golf cart made it very easy to pack up and go to the beach. We did that nearly every day. The Oak Island pier was another favorite spot, and we enjoyed snacks and drinks at Koko Cabana. Ruby's also has awesome coffee drinks. We will be back!

Great Location

Location is great and the golf cart makes it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, grocery store, putt-putt, etc. House was newer, clean, and had all the kitchen essentials for making meals there. There were also all kinds of board games for those rainy days. Smart tvs were big and ready for you to login to your streaming accounts.

Great location close to beach, restaurants, and grocery store with just a short ride in the included golf cart. GC has resident tags which permits free parking at beach. House was super clean, light & bright, and in a nice area; very quiet.

Beat way to experience Oak Island

This property was a perfect fit for my family and I. It had plenty of room for 5 adults, was super clean and the golf cart was the icing on the cake. We were able to travel to most of our destinations using the cart. This property is currently for sale so i doubt we will be able to stay here again, but if it is still available, we will definately book it again.

Quiet and convenient beach getaway

My family enjoyed our stay and would love to return! The location is quiet and a quick drive in the golf cart or walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house was well appointed and had plenty of room for everyone. There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors in the screened in porch or under the home which we took advantage of!

Very clean and well maintained

House was great. Comfortable and clean. I wish there had been more kitchen ware for cooking and glassware and a Grill would have been great. Also a closet in the master bedroom would have been useful. The golf cart was definitely needed to get to beach and a great plus.

Great family vacation spot!

This house was the perfect size for myself, my husband and our 14 month old to spend a week at the beach with my mom and dad. We appreciated that beach chairs were provided and the golf cart is an awesome added feature! The house is super close to grocery shopping and beach access, as well as several local parks. We would highly recommend it to anyone interested!

We really enjoyed the house and golf cart. Nice to drive to beach and inlet to hang out or fish. Everything is new. The only thing I would suggest to owners is to have hang up space for master bedroom. Closet was locked which was fine, but wardrobe didn't have a hanging bar. Everything else was great. Would rent again!!

Sunshine and wine was amazing! Close to beach and restaurants, spotless and beautifully decorated.

Well equipped and Super Clean

This house was super clean; since it’s a newer build, there wasn’t a speck of dust to be found! Everything was very well thought out, lots of hooks for toiletries and towels, plenty of outdoor seating areas for enjoying the weather. There are even chairs and beach toys that are in great condition. We brought our own because you just never know what you’ll end up with. We loved having the golf cart come with the house too. Made things easier since it was there when we arrived. I’ve rented from companies down at Oak, which is ok, but one coming with the house was nice. Plus, it was big enough for all of us!

Fun family spot Thanksgiving week
