Nice location but unit needs deep cleaning
The unit has limited kitchen supplies such as no coffee scoop or measuring spoons, The carpet is stained in numerous places and the furniture and baseboards were dusty. We were never able to sign into the TV which was not a huge deal on a short stay. The balcony was dirty with no furniture except a few low sitting beach chairs which I especially disliked not being able to sit outside in the morning
The sounds of your above neighbor carries loudly into the unit such as toilet flushing
The location is amazing with easy walk to the beach. Parking was unit assigned and easy to find.
Overall I would probably not stay in this unit again but chose another for this complex
