Great location to the beach. Cute decor and clean. Great furniture and comfy sofas. Has potential to be really great with a few changes. Just highlighting the few things that matter most to us when renting. All in all a good house. Fits 6 adult size people well.
Beds - linens not on the bed. They were provided but you had to find them in drawers or closets. Wish they had been at least placed on the bed. If I knew we had to make our own beds on arrival I would have brought our own sheets that were better quality.
No bed skirts. The comforters on all the beds don’t cover the box springs so it looks unfinished and cheap. A simple fitted sheet over the box springs would have been a nicer low cost touch to elevate the stay. Was an unexpected disappointment given the decor in the rooms.
Towels - the ones provided are suuuuuper thin and small. We ended up using our extra beach towels because they are so bad.
Dishes - no bowls. Nothing to eat cereal in or use for serving so the kids are eating out of baking dishes. Not a cooks kitchen. Good pan options and silverware though.
WiFi- all 3 TVs use the WiFi streaming. It’s suuuuper slow. Most of us had to use cell coverage for phones and hot spot for the computer.
Porch - Great porch!! Spent a lot of time here. 7 rocking chairs that are comfy with views of the water.
