This place is poorly managed, they are not doing a great job in cleanliness or upkeep.Of note:- hairs in sheets- melted chocolate on couch, dinging room chair, and pool stick- leak in first floor master bathroom (from fan)- stains across carpet- scuffs on floorboards- pool was "over stabilized" really unsafe (beyond the legal limit)- bad fridge water filters- cobwebs- broken bed frames- kitchen trash foot pedal is broken- hot garage (not great when you want to use the pool table)The payment had to be done outside of VRBO, which makes you feel a bit like you might be being scammed. Especially when the property manager texts and doesn't use the VRBO app to message often.Up charges for the pool heating (we knew this and were happy to pay, the heating was definitely worth it). If you aren't a pool conisuer like me, note that the hot tub only heats when the bubbles are on, and you are unable to hear anyone outside the hot tub. And once it is up to temp, and you turn it off, it cools off rather quickly as pool water is cycled in. We still enjoyed it though!We were surprised by pool maintnace visits on a few occassions during the 10 day stay. I expect with a VRBO to get a notice before people enter the property, so it was concerning the first time.The amount of bathroom soaps is small, and there were no provided salt/pepper, etc. Which you might expect in VRBO stays (the house was not run by the home owner).Overall we had a good time, but would not recommend.
