Open the front doors to a cool ocean breeze, step onto your private patio, and settle into beach life right away. Whether you’re walking to Silver Strand Beach, watching sailboats drift by, or ending the day around the fire pit, this pet-friendly home is designed for relaxed, memorable stays by the water.



**Booking process - IMPORTANT!

- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.

- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.



**Guest Portal

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal

- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal

- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.

Harbor-view bedroom: Cal King bed, Smart TV, large closet and dresser

Garden-view bedroom: Queen bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding door to the back patio

Hybrid mattresses, fresh linens, extra pillows, and Smart TVs are provided.
