Wonderful Summer Vacation

The layout was great for everyone to spread out. We loved the fact that Watersound is a private community and avoids the large crowds. It’s also located between Seaside and Rosemary which is an easy bike ride away and The Hub is walkable. Compass Point II is conveniently located by both pools and access to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch and balcony swinging chairs. The communication with Royal Destinations from start to finish was excellent and timely. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we will be back!

We stayed a week with our daughter, her husband and their 3 and 5 year old. The master on the bottom gave us our own privacy, while daughter and her family were all on the main floor with the kitchen and family room. Would definitely rent again!

We rarely used the kitchen, just to take snacks and wine to the beach. The boardwalks are a long walk but the dunes are so gorgeous that it’s not a was low key exercise.

Quality of the furniture is excellent, beds were comfortable, towels and sheets were outstanding. And the condo is stocked well. Watersound is a beautiful community (secured). Short walk to the beach everyday. Was able to park the car right in front of the unit. I will definitely stay here again. Normally you do not get this type of quality in a condo. A+++++++

It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. The 2 screened porches were a favorite spot for reading and relaxing. The sleeping options suited our family perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and our grandsons loved the bunk nook. We enjoyed biking, going to the heated Compass Point pool and easy access to the beach. Royal Destinations provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend “Utopia” and Watersound. We will definitely return.
