« I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. the view of Palo Duro was breath-taking. We loved sitting out on the patio in the morning and evening and enjoyed the breeze and the view. The house was lovely. Everything was so cute and comfortable. I was a little short of K-cups so I texted the owner and within an hour I had more. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfy. It was quiet yet not far from the Canyon and town. »

« This was my first time visiting Breckenridge. The property is quite large with beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of beds. Wrap around porch and upstairs balcony. Right on the water. Very clean and well put together. 2 bathrooms. Stacy was very helpful in instructions prior to checking in. You really don’t need to bring much when visiting this property, just whatever you plan on eating or drinking. Everything else is provided. Great job! »

« Pros: 1. Great Access to the water 2. Store close by with onsite food 3. Boat Launch and 3 separate docks for boats, gas and fishing... 4. Cabins have basics, TV, microwave, coffee maker...and a iguana light in the bathroom in case you have jaundice... Cons: 1. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds...

« It was peaceful and completely what I needed. Only downfall was pulling onto the highway. We had multiple storms come through the area while I was there and never lost power or internet. »
