« Situata in posto strategico per le bellezze umbre di Spello, Assisi, Perugia, per citarne solo alcune, la struttura rustica è decisamente accogliente e caratteristica. Unico neo la superstrada che passa a fianco, rumorosa se si vuole godere degli ottImi ed ampi spazi esterni. Gli appartamenti risultano ottimamente isolati. « My husband and I are visiting Italy to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. One of the places we always wanted to visit was Assisi. Being in our flat was like going back in time. The stonework was beautiful and gave it such a uniqueness. Also a bonus was the closeness of the different sites we wanted to see. 11 minutes to the tomb of St. Francis, 4 mins to St Clare, 1 mins to Blessed Carlos Acutis and daily mass! Minutes to many restaurants. The best was the manager, Sara!!! She...

« The Loft is a very nice place but there was an issue with the shower. It takes a while to adjust water temperature before using the shower. Other than that, we had a nice stay. »

« My wife and I loved our stay here. The flat is wonderful and we talked a lot about how much we loved staying there. The view off the back terrace is gorgeous!Even better than that is the host, Martina. She was very communicative and accommodating. She worked to meet our needs and make sure our stay was as good as it could be.I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Perugia. Martina will ensure your stay is incredible and Perugia is a great place to explore. A presto! »

« Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour dans cette maison qui est tout à fait conforme aux photos. La maison est très grande, très claire et très propre. La vue est magnifique et il ne manque rien. « Très beau séjour dans une maison calme et agréable, non loin de jolis sites touristiques (Assise, Pérouse, Todi, Spolète, …), au milieu des oliviers ; un jacuzzi sur la terrasse très apprécié par fortes chaleurs ! Et vue splendide depuis cette même terrasse. »

« Stefania’s apartment is perfectly located within a short walking distance to all the wonderful shops and restaurants. It is located on a charming, quite narrow street which is decorated with colorful, potted flowers and shrubs. Stefania communicated well with us as speakers of English and was helpful in recommending the best restaurants. Her two bedroom apartment was meticulously clean and had everything that we needed for a fabulous vacation. »

Beaucoup d'attention pour faire plaisir au locataire (café, gâteaux, livres, jeux, etc) Accueil sympathique de la Proprietaire. Appartement extrêmement propre.
