« This is a little gem in the heart of a village Highly recommend to everybody, restaurants pubs shop and beach all within minutes of the cottage’s property was spotless clean and lovely and warm , met the family over the course of four days all very nice with plenty of smiles every time you see them Very dog friendly with many lovely walks around the area »

« A great location for stays in the Lake District. Grisedale Pike fulfilled my expectations. The Keswick Cottages team were helpful and supportive, before and during my stay. I felt at home there and was sorry when my stay ended. »

« This property is great value for money. Could do with a little bit of deor makeover in living room , a bit dated (sorry).but this may put people off which is otherwise a great rental. Very comfortable beds, bedrooms were lovely and spacious and very clean. One bedroom at the top of the property has a great view of Latrigg and Skiddaw on your own private balcony with chairs and a table. Great for a coffee on a morning . Massive added bonus is your own parking space at the rear of the property....

« A lovely apartment in a great location, very convenient for central Keswick but also very quiet and has lovely views of the hills around Derwent Water. Also has the added bonus of an allocated parking space, which is very helpful. The apartment kept cool, especially the ground floor, which was great during the recent very hot weather. »

« This was our third visit to Lydia's River Cottage and that alone will tell you that we love the accommodation. It's comfortable, has excellent quality homeware and the location couldn't be better for our purposes. Sitting on the terrace, watching the Greta flow past and keeping an eye out for the bird life makes it an ideal getaway for us. Handy garage/food shop 100 yards away and Keswick is a wonderful town for restaurants. You couldn't ask for more. »
