« When we checked in late at night we immediately had to kill some small insects in the room. Not a huge deal, we are near the beach. Then there was no shower gel in the shower to wash with. We just used shampoo instead. Also there was hair in the shower and sink. Lastly we noticed there was no tv remote anywhere. After looking we called the front desk who didnât know what to do so asked us to hold and then hung up. After we called back we were hung up on again. Then a different representative...

« If you came there for a great oceanfront view- you got it! The room itself shows a lot of wear. I wasnât too fond of the towels in the bathroom. The towels actually looked pretty worn. Also be prepared for the steps if youâre on the top floor. Thereâs no elevator! »
