« We loved our stay at the wayback hotel! This will definitely be our go to stay in pigeon forge! The onsite restaurant was phenomenal and every staff member we encountered was so kind and helpful!
The only thing we found odd was the housekeeping service. There were days we had their cleaning supplies left in our room, and our bed was never made during our stay. We didn’t mind as they were attentive to restock towels and the coffee bar!
We never ended up using it, but the pool and hot tub area...

« We stayed for one night and had a negative experience . The shower water was backing up and would not drain. The sink was the same way. When we were packing up to leave we found a bed bug. I notified the lady at the front desk and she made a note of it. I normally stay at budget hotels and I would not stay here again. On a positive note it did look like they had painted and were updating some areas. »
