We were scheduled to check in on Sun. I received a message on Sat evening that there was electrical issues in the condo and that we would not be able to check in until Tues. They did put us in a hotel that was a block away. It was a basic hotel room so definitely a down grade but I did not see the message until Sun morning and didn't really have any other option at that point. They did offer me a small refund on our stay (at this time I have not seen that refund). The motel was nice enough but we were a little disappointed in the situation. They did work with us and had someone go over and collect our bags and bring them to the condo building for us since we were out exploring that day.
When we got to the condo on Tues the lobby area is very nice and there is a security guard at the door or desk at all times. Check in was quick and easy. The condo is as the pictures show, it was very nice and clean. It was spacious and laid out nicely. They provided breakfast items for us to prepare in our condo. They also provided us with a couple bottles of wine to make up for the delay in checking into our unit. The unit did have some sewer gas odor, we added water to all drains but it did not help.
I would highly recommend trying the food vendors in the street outside the unit patio, the food was great and we wish we would have tried sooner as we have eaten there more as it was delicious and affordable.
The Ado bus station alternate location is only 2 blocks away which was great.
