« We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. They handled every situation efficiently, especially when they had to adapt to our flight cancellation. Even though we were outside the refund period, they did everything they could to assist us.
Additionally, after a restaurant mistakenly charged us twice, the hotel took care of the issue, recovered the money, and refunded us.
