« The room was beautiful and very well maintained. There is a camera monitored parking lot for hotel guests which was both very convenient and made me feel safer than leaving my car out for street parking.
The staff was so incredibly kind after a long almost impossible day. Next time I am in Birmingham I hope that I will be able to stay with them again! »

« Staff were amazing! However, the elevators were not working our entire stay. Also, there was no trash can in the bathroom along with a burnt out light bulb and leaky toilet. Housekeeping did not show up so we were out of coffee pods and bottled water. With all that said I would give them another try solely on how friendly the hotel staff was! »

« First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....
