Great place!
This was our first trip to PV and chose this condo mainly for the amenities and location. The condo was exactly as described/pictured. Very clean with everything you would need in the condo. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop in the pool, lounging on the chairs/cabanas and taking in the great views - it was our favourite place to relax - peaceful and never very busy. You can walk outside in any direction and find tons of restaurants, stores and pubs. The beachfront and Malecon were only a few blocks away, so a great central location for walking anywhere. The location is in Old Town so there is some street noise as expected but not as much as some of the other properties that are closer to the bars/music. One thing that was a bit annoying however was the many rooftop dogs right across the street that continually barked at all hours of the day and night, however there is nothing the condo owner can do about that. Communication with the host was easy and they met us on arrival to show us around etc. Would definitely consider staying here again if we come to PV in future.
