« Was really excited when they called 4 hours before we arrived to ask if we needed anything and asked what temperature we wanted the room..Also tvs worked great and room was very clean props to housekeepers. »

« I love this little hotel. The check-in has always been great The rooms are very pretty and well made up and I love the fitness area and pool. Quiet atmosphere. I’ve Stayed there three times now and enjoyed every time very much. »

« I was surprised that the rooms looked so dated considered this is a very expensive neighborhood. Not sure why they are not investing more in this hotel. It feels neglected by the franchise owners. Corridors smelled bad. No USB charging outlets, Tub peeling, A/C cooling did not work (realized it after midnight as it started getting hotter). The reaspon I didn't give worse ratngs is because staff were very understanding. Carter, particuarly, is very empathetic, and customer focused. »
