« They bent over backwards and went the distance to make our stay great. Love the shuttle service to local sites. What a comfy, large suite and superb bathroom. It really makes the stay awesome. »

« The hotel is comfortable, nice bed and linens. The shower was not good, drain not very functional and I was always wading in water. The bath was small and shallow, I was very disappointed with that as I enjoy relaxing in the bath while travelling. The whole hotel seemed dated and out of style. I felt a bit I was in a retirement community in Florida in the 1980's. I recommend they do some renovations soon. »

« Personnel is amazing and courteous. The rooms are old and outdated, noisy air conditioner, muggy. Breakfast buffet is great, evening menu is extremely ordinary. »

« Lovely. Clean, comfortable, and had all the right amenities. I would recommend more tea options and other snack foods for late night travers . Nothing is open after midnight. Re: Spa: Maybe give spa Goers all day access to those amenities? The staff walked around to much and made it uncomfortable for people who had more than one service. »

« Stayed here while on business for a week. It’s a great location with walking distance to restaurants and I got to say that the staff and quality of amenities was a great value. Parking is no drama and it’s close to the freeway if you need to explore. »

« Nous avons passé un très beau séjour de 5 nuits avec nos deux enfants. Les gens y sont vraiment tr<es sympatique. On y retournerait sans hésitation. »

« Loved staying at the Naperville Embassy Suites. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property is due for a renovation, however. Carpets were stained and many scratches on the furniture. Also, not enough parking on the property. Had to park across the street in another business’s property. »
