„Charming house and location, very close to Wheaton campus and all other conveniences. The residential area was beautiful, very clean, and quiet. Must be comfortable climbing stairs here. Both bedrooms, both entry ways, and a single bathroom are upstairs. Laundry is downstairs in the basement. Overall, it is a very accommodating space and met all our needs.“

„Beautiful wood work, built ins, and furniture in this main floor condo. Fun touch for our daughter was waffle maker and mix!“

„Overall, no leaks and no bugs. Very run down property needs a lot of work. Beds are reasonably comfortable, AC and Hot Water work well. All other furniture needs to be replaced. Not very comfortable unless you are horizontal in bed. Kitchen Not stocked well, what it does have is old. Kitchen window does not lock i used a wooden spoon to keep it from being slid open from outside. Kind of unsafe if you dont know about it. Again 3 stars is the most it can have. Pics on listing really make it look ...

„The house was perfect for our needs. Close to everything we needed. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with manager was great. “

„This was a great stay and reccomend again in the future. From the outside and the picture don’t do this place justice, it is humongous when you enter the place and the rooms are bigger than what they seem online. Overall great and easy experience“

„Great communication and property was clean and organized!“

„Excellent just what we were looking for“
