« This hotel is very nice and seemed newly renovated. The room we stayed in was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I do think the shower was a little small but it served our purpose. Overall this was a quaint property that I would definitely stay in again. « The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and...

« For what we paid I guess I couldn’t expect better. The location is noisy with the highway and gas station next door. The bathroom door need’s adjusting but it was nice to have a refrigerator. »

« This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. »

« The breakfast was ok. I assumed when you had a Continental breakfast, there would be scrambled eggs, toast and bacon or sausage with it, but if you wanted that you had to pay for it. I guess the Hotels in Tennessee only serve cereal, bagels, apples, juice and coffee. Everything else was great except the breakfast. »
