« Beautiful location, peaceful and surprisingly very quiet, couldn't hear any traffic from the city below. I loved watching and listening to the visiting hummingbird out by the fire pit. Shower ran out of hot water about 4 minutes in, but if you take a European shower it works fine. Pretty breezy up on the hill during our stay. Loved how close it was to the wineries down the road; we visited a couple of them, felt like we were in Italy. Overall, we would definitely come back to the Hilltop...

« Me and my daughter couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hosts were attentive to us and the animals were AMAZING to be around. Horses, peacocks, dogs, fowl, all very welcoming and happy to have guests around. I just wish…nothing. It was great. Very serene too. »

« The room was great and had everything you needed! Beds were comfortable, and bathroom was nice. There are 4 other properties on the farm, and we were the only ones there at the time, so it was really perfect. This is a great place to go if you want something NOT ordinary and cookie cutter (which was exactly what we were looking for). There are friendly dogs roaming around the property as well as peacocks, but all the other animals were behind a barrier (horses, sheep, goats, chickens, etc). ...

« Oh my goodness! This place is so wonderful. It’s nice and clean, very easy check-in and checkout process. Yvonne very graciously let my group stay at her property to get ready for my wedding day. She always responded in a timely manner and was very kind. The home is very well kept, cozy, and clean. Bonus is that is a very quiet location which we loved. 10/10 would stay here again. »
