What a wonderful stay! Michael was very responsive and accommodating to any and all questions that we had. Check in and check out were seamless. We had plenty of room for our party of 10. The house was stocked with everything we may have forgotten which was super convenient. The boat access was amazing! We took our own boat and enjoyed many trips to Harpoon Hannah’s and around the bay. Thank you for a wonderful week, Michael! We’ll be back

Great for a long weekend getaway!

This property was awesome - fit 9 of us very comfortably for a four day weekend. All linens were provided - including beach towels. Also lots of good beach gear available, including chairs and umbrellas. This was also one of the best stocked rental properties I’ve ever stayed at. There were plenty of kitchen knives, pots/pans, appliances, bar wares, and baking sheets. The host was very communicative and friendly. It was clear that he wants all of his guests to have a great stay. I will be rebooking in the future whenever I find myself in Selbyville again.

Sand soccer

The place was great. Quiet street with plenty of room to relax. Owner/manger was very quick to respond when we had questions. My kids have been doing the sand soccer tournament in Ocean City, MD every June for 6 years and by far the best place we have stayed so far. Thank you again.

Perfect waterfront and beach vacation spot

We had a family vacation with 12 of us from Grandparents to teens. We loved being able to have our boats docked out back. We had plenty of beds for our large group and space for dinner and games together. It was an easy drive to the beach, which included boogey boarding, kites, Kan Jam, spike ball, and relaxing! The property amenities included beach chairs and umbrellas which were really nice quality and easy to load up from the garage. Finally, Michael was a terrific host. We had some gaps from his cleaning service and he quickly responded and assisted. When we needed more blankets for our group they were delivered right away! Highly recommend a stay here.

Multi-family vacation a success!

The house was beautiful, clean and inviting! The kids (range from 13-20) had their own ground floor to themselves but the main floor was large enough to accommodate our entire two families. Many games nights were had! We all had a great time spent with family! And Michael kept in touch to assure we had everything we needed.

Outstanding weekend getaway

I took my 3 kids and their friends for a weekend away and this property was amazing. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The beautiful bay view was relaxing and peaceful for me, while my kids enjoyed the kayaks, fishing rods, and bikes. It was a quick 3 mile drive to the beach and the house provided beach chairs. I am so grateful I found this rental because we all had an excellent weekend and wish we could have stayed longer. We will look to book this house again for a week this summer.

Absolutely beautiful house

The house is absolutely beautiful. So clean. Beautifully decorated. Brand new appliances. Very spacious. The adults can hang upstairs, while the kids play games and watch movies downstairs. We stayed the weekend after Thanksgiving and were so excited to walk in and see a Christmas tree....and it played music to lights! There was a gift basket with soaps, candles,coffee, and egg nog! My husband and i cracked it right open and toasted! The kids loved the bikes. I loved the tricycles , they rode really smooth. The neighborhood was so so quiet . We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is so nice and so easy to get in touch with. Thank you!!!

Keenwick on the Bay

Honestly one of the nicest rental experiences I’ve ever had. Owner was so nice and went above and beyond providing us with everything we could have ever wanted/needed at the house. Provided everything from kayaks, bike, cornhole boards and charcoal to yhe grill to deserts for us with k cups and so much more. The view and water were amazing. Kayaking out to the bay was a great experience. House was so clean and all towels/lines were fresh and clean. I would love to come back to Delaware just to stay at this rental again.. Thanks so much to the amazing hosts. Best I’ve rental I’ve ever had. Thanks for providing us with a great weekend!

Summer stay at the Keenwick Beach House

My family and I stayed here for about a week and had a wonderful time! The house is very clean, well stocked and has everything you would want for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed cooking meals in the amazing kitchen, and eating them out on the deck overlooking the canal. perfect place to unwind and relax after your hectic day at the beaches nearby lol! Great location, close to Reheboth and Bethany beach, as well as Ocean city. My kids had a blast, look no further for your next trip here. The host Michael was very responsive, and even had a nice welcome basket with some cool local treats. We loved our stay and hope to be back again soon!

Great vacation stay!

We had such a wonderful experience at Keen-wik on the bay! We were a total of 14 in our party and we were all so comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for morning walks, and safe bike rides. We were right on the water. The owners thought of everything: kayaks, bikes, fishing rods, cages for crabbing, grill, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, tons of towels, etc. It was very easy to communicate with Michael and Maria before, during and after our stay. They were so nice and always easy to reach out to them. We’ll definitely choose this place again!

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay as a family at this property. Residence was just as stated in the description and was very, very clean. The property owners were always available and accommodating. Extras like the awesome charcoal grill was definitely a plus. In addition, they had a plentiful supply of towels, linens, etc. Our family of 14 was able to stay comfortably with no problems. Would definitely book again if we decide to visit Delaware again!

Loved it! Would definitely rent again.

Everything about our stay was perfect. This home is a quick 10-minute drive to OC beaches and a short boat ride to Harpoon Hanna's. The owner's were friendly and responsive and quick to help when one of us accidently locked the rest out! We had three families staying together comfortably, including three kids, and this house could have easily fit families with more kids with a trundle bed and two pullout sofas we didn't use. Great vacation -- thank you!

Great house on canal, Amazing Hosts, Perfect!

We were so happy to come across this awesome home on the water... cozy, super clean, and with all the amenities we needed for our family & friends vacation. We rented a pontoon boat and pulled right up to the house's dock... was awesome! The hosts are super nice and responsive. Wjll 100% rent again!!

Excellent place on the bay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Keen-Wik property! The property was in a nice neighborhood full of nice people, and we took advantage of the bay entrance in the backyard every day. Kayaking, fishing, boating, all just a step outside the back door. The property was clean and comfortable, and this was the first time ever that I packed too many household goods for a rental—the owners provided linens, towels, basic toiletries, hand soap and sanitizer, toilet paper, paper towels, spices for cooking, and even things like Ziploc bags were much appreciated and made us feel at home for the week. Plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans… and the citronella candles for the deck and backyard were extra helpful… so much more than a lot of other owners provide! I had a few questions for the owner along the way and Michael was always super responsive and pleasant to work with. Our teenager even enjoyed challenging us to a few rounds of classic Battleship and other board games we found in the house. We highly recommend this property!

Bayside spectacular beach stay

We have stayed in all ranges of home over many years but we must say this was the most accommodating and comfortable home! From the very moment we said yes to this choice beach house they made us feel so welcome. We would recommend this stay for 14. We would say it was our favorite places and would have been perfect if there was a grill and one more bathroom but yet nothing is perfect!! We loved this home!! Thank you

excellent choice for summer vacation

Our family had a great time. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and equipped with everything you need including towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. The canal and view from the house were amazing and very romantic. Plenty of options: beach time, canoeing, biking, walking around. Location is safe in quite neighborhood. Easy access to many beaches, local seafood restaurants and supermarkets. Michael was very helpful providing us with useful information about best places to visit. He was easy to communicate. This is place you can feel home. We will definitely go back again.
