We just returned from a week at this beautiful townhome, and we had a fabulous vacation. We visited with our 25 year old son and his girlfriend. The views from the deck and balconies were just as advertised. We loved sitting on the first floor deck to have our morning coffee and breakfast. The central location of the home was ideal so we could visit all the local beaches: Fenwick, Bethany, Ocean City and Rehobeth. The home is beautifully decorated, super cozy and well stocked. Communicating with Nancy was great and she gave us all the intel needed. We would love to go back....the perfect relaxing vacation which recharged us for the busy fall. A big thank you to Nancy and Michael for providing an amazing home.

What a spectacular property! So well equipped, so clean and modern, so close to everything! Up to Rehoboth or down to Ocean City boardwalk the location was perfect! The setting on the water was so incredibly peaceful and serene. I loved eating my lunch and breakfast out on the deck and taking in the tremendous views. The stars at night were a bonus and the birds sightings in the salt water marsh were so beautiful.

A Fenwick Gem!

We had the best week here in DE! Clean, comfortable, lovely decor, amazing views and perfect location to enjoy the bay and the beach. The beach is an easy drive across the mail road or there’s a state park 2 miles down with restrooms. The pool and proximity to two of our favorite restaurants (Catch 54 and Papa Grandes) were big pluses. This home has everything you need to have a great time and the hosts are warm and welcoming throughout the process.

Very nice place, well located, we like driving to the beach and staying on the bay. Good crabbing (caught keepers off the dock) and fun to fish. Yes, there are restaurants right there be we found nothing intrusive, just be careful of cars. Wonderful pool, fun neighbors, and great communication from the owner. Nice to have two parking spots as not all do. Easy area to walk in each morning and close to the Route 54 restaurants we like. Easy kayak/pontoon/jet ski rentals if that is your thing.

Fabulous property - incredible view from three decks! The kitchen was so amazingly stocked! A really clean townhouse and they even had a lovely gift bag waiting as I checked in…. The owners were fabulous and very attentive. I recommend this property to anyone wanting a superb rental.

Beautiful bay!

Our family loved this beautiful home! The views and location can’t be beat, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, and despite some less than ideal weather we were able to fish and visit the water park, Go Karts, and arcade just down the street. Walkability to great restaurants and all linens included was an extra perk. All in all a great stay!

Nice location

Enjoyed the view and being able to have a boat right out back. If you bring a boat keep in mind that it can be very shallow in the slip. It is also nice to be able to walk to some local restaurants. These are popular restaurants which makes the area near the parking for the condo very very congested. The unit itself is nice but could use some tidying up. The beds were super comfy which was a plus.

Relaxing stay on the bay.

The property was well appointed and exceptionally clean. The location was great with a marina, spa, and two nice restaurants just steps away. The beach, recreational areas and countless restaurants were just a short drive away. The owners were easy to contact and responded within minutes to a few questions we had while we were there. We give the property and the owners 5 STARS. Highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway

Anyone looking for the perfect week or long weekend away, this is absolutely the place to be. From the very beginning until the moment my family and I checked out it was perfect. The home is beautiful, well-kept and in a fantastic location with dining within walking distance. Adult and child friendly with a beautiful view on the water. By far the best host and experience I've had on vrbo. We will absolutely be back to stay again.

Fabulous, Family Friendly Fenwick Stay

My family had a wonderful stay at Nancy and Michael's Fenwick, DE townhome. The house is well-equipped and beautifully appointed. The balconies allow you to observe Chesapeake Bay shorebirds and spectacular sunrise and sunsets. You're next-door neighbor is one of the best places to eat on the Eastern Shore: Catch 54 never disappoints! My family appreciated the quick and professional responses to our questions during our stay. I will definitely return to this location. Note: Bring your kayak or paddleboard! They have a small pier for fishing, crabbing, and docking small, personal watercraft.

The property was very clean, check-in was a snap and when there was a MINOR issue, the owners responded quickly and with open communication. Overall, our group had a fantastic time! Highly recommended!!

Awesome location and views!

I traveled to Fenwick Island with two girlfriends for a moms getaway weekend in late Sept. The weather wasn't very cooperative, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach or water activities, but it was a lovely place to enjoy a cozy weekend with friends. The townhouse is right on the bay, with beautiful water views from the living room and two of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked, and the decor is nice and inviting. The only slight complaint we have is that the beds in the two main bedrooms aren't very comfortable. Maybe mattress pads would help? We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot, which was convenient to walk to. We tried to eat at Catch 54 next door, but they were closed for a private party (oddly, this happened when my husband and I visited Fenwick Island last year, so I would recommend calling a few days in advance to check their schedule.) We'll eat there one day! We also really liked the lobster rolls at the Lobster Shanty down the road, brunch at Harpoon Hannahs, and several restaurants in Bethenny Beach, about 10-15 minutes away. I would highly recommend this property, and we would love to stay here again one day.

Fantastic vacation!

Fantastic!

Our family had a fantastic week at this property. We had four adults and two children - 9 and 6. There was plenty of room inside and great access outside. We particularly enjoyed the “backyard” and the proximity to the bay. Beautiful sunrises and comfortable happy hours. Spent several days at the beach and enjoyed the adjacent restaurants - Catch 54 and Papa Grandes. Highly recommend this rental!
