« The Marlborough is a pub with tasty food and about five rooms for overnight stays. The staff is outstanding and does everything possible to be helpful. It is on a central street of a very small town, so it can be a bit noisy during the day and early evening, but is quiet at night. The rooms have nice versions of all the basics, including a good bed and excellent shower. There are few extra amenities beyond the room and pub, although the breakfast was very good. « Spacious room - staff very helpful- beautiful surroundings - lovely breakfast - asked to extend room for 1 hour and no quibble. Even an electric charge point - sadly did not get to experience the spa. Will definitely stay again »

Copious, self service breakfast with a wide choice, and the ability to borrow a 2-3 pin adaptor from reception. Car parking available and the possibility of obtaining a continental breakfast to take with you if you leave before the 'official' opening time - ask reception the night before !! »
