„It's all good until something doesn't work. We've been here many times. 2014, 2016, 2021 and now 2025, just to see the hotel deteriorate. The elevators are either broken, have semi-open panels that let you see the cabling and electronics on the inside, or make very concerning noises. We've always accepted the pool increasingly deteriorating as we are more interested in the sea, and the location is stunning. „Tolles Hotel mit exzellentem Service! Wir waren mit der Familie dort (Kind 4 Jahre), hatten alle eine tolle Zeit und wurden vom immer hilfbereiten Personal umsorgt! Die Region Nuevo Puerto Vallarta hat noch viel von seinem ursprünglichen Charm erhalten, d.h. um die Hotels herum gibt es glücklicherweise noch sehr viel Natur/Dschungel etc. Ich hoffe das die Region es schafft diesen Zustand zu erhalten und nicht alles gnadenlos dem Tourismus zum Opfer fällt...Weniger ist Mehr! Stadt&Umgebung sind ...

„Das RIU Vallarta hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Essen und Getränke alles sehr gut. Unterkunft alles sehr sauber, unserer Zimmerfrau Paulina ein dickes Lob!!! In den a la Carte Restaurants war es teilweise sehr laut besonders bei dem italienischen Restaurant. Strand war sehr sauber und Liegen ausreichend vorhanden. “
