« Great location, super easy access to the RMNP. House was great, perfect for our getaway. Back porch views were great of the river and landscape. Based on personal preference, we didn’t care for the bamboo toilet paper and tissue or the low pressure shower head. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. So, with all of that we still give it a 5 as it’s a great location, super clean, great communication, easy access to the park & would absolutely stay here again. »

I would suggest adding tv reception to the downstairs suite as we were all adults and some of us wanted to go downstairs and watch tv. News and programming. Otherwise we loved our stay there. « We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. »
