Trois chambres à coucher, trois salles de bain situées au 5ème étage dans la phase 2 de Las Mañanitas. Très grand salon avec bar intégré à côté des restaurants. Immense espace de vie extérieur. Vue dégagée sur la plage. Il y a 3 piscines séparées, avec des zones de grillades sur la propriété. Le mobilier a été récemment mis à jour et toute la nouvelle literie. La cuisine est récemment mise à jour avec de nouveaux éviers, comptoirs et table de cuisson.

We had a wonderful week at this property. Perfect accommodations for 3 couples, each with their own space and also plenty of room for all on the fantastic balcony. Excellent view of the water and we saw whales every day! Everything you could want in the well-stocked kitchen including double filtered water from the refrigerator. We did have a few minor issues that were promptly addressed by the owner and the property management company. Excellent communication from start to finish. We will be back!

Fun In The Sun!!

Accommodations are exactly as described and very spacious. The condo complex is very peaceful and allowed for much needed R&R. Location is perfect….a very short walk to grocery and many restaurants…also an 8 min taxi/uber to town centre.

Gorgeous Beach Balcony

We loved our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated, cozy and comfortable. The complex has a resort feel. We were able to easily walk directly out to the beach, or chose to just hear the waves crash and watch the sunset and whales right from the stunning balcony. A huge highlight of the location is the 5 minute walk to the grocery store! No need for a rental car, as Ubers were very fast and easy to return with groceries and explore downtown SJD. We would 100% return. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Fabulous Reset

we loved our stay here! we came with our 4 college aged children. Everyone enjoyed the space -it is a beautiful condo. The beach and pool areas are very nice. We did not rent a car & were able to walk to dinner a few nights (loved tacos at Lateral) & took an Uber other nights. We did an ATV tour via Wild Canyon the kids really liked. I hope we can return!

We could not have been happier!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve even experienced! The condo is absolutely gorgeous. It’s comfortable, clean, and has everything you need (and nothing you don’t). The kitchen was well appointed, and the laundry/storage room had coolers, drying racks etc. The balcony was the best - table, couches and day bed, all with views of the beach and pool. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The property facilities were immaculate- pool, workout room, tennis/pickleball courts etc. Perfect! The location couldn’t be better. Walk on the beach, walk into SJDC etc. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Place

We've stayed in several units at Las Manzanitas and have enjoyed them all but this unit was the best by far. Beautiful view and a very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds. Everything worked perfectly. Not one complaint. We will definitely be back.

Great Family Getaway

This is an awesome property with great views. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and two kids. They had everything we needed for cooking and plenty of space to spread out. The view of the ocean from the expansive balcony was awesome. Kids loved the pools and easy access to the beach. Great location near downtown San Jose, and easy access to grocery store and to highway to San Lucas. Owner and Property manager were super responsive and helpful, including helping us arrange a private chef for a night. Only downside was the elevator was out all week and it’s on the 5th floor, but it didn’t detract from our stay.

AMAZING Property

We have been renting in Cabo area for 20+ years and this is one of the best we ever rented. Great communication and support while we were there. Can't think of anything missing at condo that we needed. We are all Ilin our late 50's (no wild party's) yet the security guards checked us every day for glass and bottles.ar the pool... Even so far as opening our cooler. You'd figure after 2-3 days they would understanding we were responsible. Felt a bit "big brother" watching. This of NO means a fault of the owner. We will 100% be coming back.

Wonderful family holiday!

We stayed at Jacqueline's home for a week. We were a group of 6 including grandparents and young children. The home was extremely comfortable, very well stocked (we weren't lacking for anything which is unusual in rentals) and offered the perfect space for spending time together. We were amazed at how clean and well-maintained the pool areas were and everyone, both other guests and the onsite security, were friendly and considerate. The location was fantastic too, close to an amazing grocery store and delicious places to eat. Jacqueline and her manager were easy to communicate with and fast to respond to any queries we had. Thank you Jacqueline, we would happily stay again!

Amazing space and views

This property is amazing. The space and views are second to none. The only issue I have is with the rules for the larger property. If you have kids and want to play in the pool, the rules are very strict and not communicated upon arrival. Nothing negative about this unit, but just know what you are getting into.

Beautiful beach apartment

You can not fault this apartment. Its comfortable in every way. However I was still dissapointed. Having previously stayed in phase 1 which is the building infront closer to the sea. In my opinion that location in 10x better than this building. I was constantly bothered by noise from the highway and from kids parking next to the building and partying till late. None of that is heard in the other building. Only the gentle sound of the waves.

Beautiful Accomodations

We thoroughly enjoyed our time renting this unit. It has incredible views of the ocean and pool. It has been recently remodeled and comes with all the amenities you will ever need. It is very luxurious and spacious. The property manager, Ruben, is very accommodating and is available to help make your trip even more memorable. We highly recommend renting this unit. Great Family Vacation

We just got back from an eight day stay in Cabo and this is the first time I have rented this condo and it was great, recently remodeled and very nice. Our experience with the property manager was also great, Ruben was very helpfull and responded quickly to any of my questions. We would stay there again!

Fantastic condo + fantastic location

Our family stayed in Jacqueline‘s condo at the end of July and loved every minute! Perfectly appointed with everything you might need to cook, and the perfect location to enjoy San Jose and surrounding beaches. The property manager, Rubens was available for all of our questions, helping us find restaurants and surf board rentals. We really could not have asked for anything more, and would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Cabo!

Unit and photos as advertised - pleasant stay

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Ruben, the local property manager, was available to answer all of our questions, helped us book transportation and on-site covid testing (required for US travel), and also helped bring us bottled water upon request. The location was a quick Uber ride to restaurants in San Jose del Cabo and swimmable beaches. Unfortunately, the beach in front of the property was not swimmable (waves and current were strong), which was a huge bummer for us as that's the main reason we chose this property. Additionally, the walk to the beach was a bit longer due to front access being currently limited (road was blocked) but still within a 10 min walk (including elevator ride). For swimmable beaches Playa Palmilla was an 8 min Uber ride and Playa Chileno (beautiful) was a 15 min ride. Both beaches had limited amenities and I would recommend you take water and snacks as there are no restaurants nearby. Ubers were a big tough to find reliably at 6am which is when we wanted to ride to watch the sunrise, otherwise they were usually available within a 5-10min wait. We visited in July thinking we were escaping the Houston summer, but the weather was unforgivably hot. We could only go out in the early mornings and later afternoon. The 20-40 min walk to many restaurants was really out of the question in that heat. We had travelled to Baja California many times in the past during late spring and winter and assumed summers would not be that hot. Beware of making travel plans to Cabo in July - Aug. Not only is the heat unbearable but also most restaurants and shops are closed during those two months. The plazas next to the apartment were ghost towns which is a huge shame as I'm sure during touristic season this flat would be nicely situated near coffee, restaurants and shops. The apartment was lovely. It had the basics stocked and the only complaint was the entire building lost water access twice during our stay (for about an hour). I'm not sure if this is common - it was not a huge issue except one of us was taking a shower when it happened the first time and the second time was inconvenient as we could not flush toilets during that time. All in all would highly recommend during touristic season but would not stay at this apartment again during July or August.

The Best!

My wife and I have stayed in many different condos in Las Mananitas over the years. Jacqueline’s is the best we have experienced. The condo is completely remodeled. It is very well done and all of the furnishings are quite nice. It is very roomy compared to most of the condos we’ve stayed in, and the value is quite good. There is a property manager named Rubens who was very helpful throughout the process and throughout our stay. Jacqueline herself is very responsive whenever we had a question, and she was very accommodating when we needed to move our trip because of Covid restrictions coming back into the US. We would book again without hesitation.

Fabulous 2 Week Stay

We have stayed at Las Manannitas many times, it is our favorite place to stay in San Jose del Cabo. Jacqualine's Condo was one of the most beautiful and comfortable Condo's we have rented. Everything from the wonderful furniture inside and out, especially the patio furniture, to the nice touches in the bathrooms with toothpaste, soap and face cream were very much appreciated. Very thoughtful, helpful and made one feel welcome. The kitchen was was very well stocked with lovely dishes, glassware, pots & pans, everything one needed to prepare meals. The bar not only had a wine fridge but 2 refrigerated drawers for beer & sodas. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds, at least in the master, were very comfortable. It is definitely one of the most beautiful Condos and we will try to rent it every time we can return to San Jose del Cabo. An extra bonus is Ruben, the manager. He was very helpful and wanted to make sure if every thing in the condo was ok. As well as were we Ok, did we sleep well etc.? He made the appointment for our Covid test, to be able to return to the United States, and took us to the hospital for the test. Then picked up the results a few hours later and brought them to us. The view to the ocean was unobstructed and the deck furniture was wonderful. We spent most of our time out on the deck. Regard, Janet
