We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the property and current conditions in Puerto Rico.

At this time, Puerto Rico is experiencing ongoing interruptions to the public water supply in various areas. Based on the current service schedule, our area is operating on an alternating rotation of approximately two days with regular water service followed by two days without regular service. Please note that this schedule is managed by the local water authority and may be subject to unexpected changes.

During the days when regular water service is unavailable, our condominium is equipped with a water cistern, and the administration has established specific scheduled hours during which water is supplied to the apartments. This allows us to continue providing access to water at designated times while the public service is interrupted.

We also want to inform you that, beginning September 1 through November, the condominium’s pool facilities will be temporarily closed for scheduled renovations and improvements. These enhancements are being made to create a more beautiful, refreshed, and enjoyable pool area for our guests in the future.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience regarding these temporary circumstances. Our priority is to keep our guests fully informed and to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
