The Space:

This stylishly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Ocean Park comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Each bedroom offers a queen bed, room-darkening shades, and fresh linens. The open living and dining area is filled with natural light and centers on a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for group movie nights. The fully equipped, gourmet-style kitchen comes with a full-size oven, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker, plus a dining table for everyone to gather around. Both bathrooms include hot water and a hairdryer. Step outside to the building's shared pool, tucked into lush greenery, or head straight to Ocean Park's beach just steps away.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas. Check-in is fully self-guided through a keypad door lock, so you can arrive on your own schedule. A dedicated, free on-site parking spot is included, and the entrance is private and independent from the rest of the building.

Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) is about 9 minutes (5.6 km) away, making arrivals and departures quick and easy. A rental car gives you the most flexibility to explore the island, but Ocean Park is also well connected by Uber, Lyft, and taxis for trips to Condado (about 10 minutes) or Old San Juan (about 18 minutes). Within the neighborhood, the beach, restaurants, and shops are all an easy walk from the condo.

- Check-in begins at 4 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 11 AM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

- Smart AC controllers are installed near the kitchen, bedrooms, and mini-split units — please don't unplug or disconnect them, as they manage the unit's cooling and humidity.

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check. This information is collected only for screening/verification purposes and is not stored or used otherwise.



Utilities & Weather in San Juan, Puerto Rico

- Electricity Management: Utility interruptions are common throughout Puerto Rico due to island-wide power grid issues beyond our control. This property does not have a backup generator. We recommend keeping personal devices charged whenever power is available and exercising caution during any outage.

- Water Supply: Water interruptions can occur across the island without notice due to municipal water rationing. This property does not have backup water tanks; however, we will provide bottled water for the duration of your stay, with the quantity based on length of stay and number of guests.

- Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for weather-related causes or general utility outages in Puerto Rico, as these are outside our control.

- Hurricane & Storm Policy: In the event of a named storm, we're happy to help you reschedule your stay, subject to calendar availability.
