Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Villa del Mar awaits you. This Villa is a very well located property in Dorado. Completely equipped so you can spend a family day near the beach. Villas del Mar is located in Dorado del Mar, Villas de la Playa I. There is 24/7 security. The villa is located steps from the beach. The complex also has a swimming pool.



This villa has 2 levels. On the first level is the kitchen, living room, a full bathroom and terrace. When you leave the terrace you can appreciate the sea view. There is no air conditioning on this first level. On the second level there is a full bathroom and 2 bedrooms, each bedroom has air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed and bedroom 2 has a Full size bed and Twin size bed.



We provide towels, shampoo & conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

-Two or more rolls of toilet paper (depending on length of stay)

-One dish soap

-One dish sponge





Note: We provide a starter set of amenities for your convenience. You may wish to bring additional supplies for longer stays.







No Power Generator: In case of a blackout caused by external factors, such as Luma Energy. Electrical interruptions are not under control.







No Water Cistern: We do not have an additional water storage cistern.







In the event of a water or electricity interruption exceeding 3 hours, guests have the option to cancel their reservation and receive a refund for unused nights. Please note that consumed nights will not be refunded.





No Smoking/Drug Use: **STRICTLY PROHIBITED** inside or near the apartment (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, marijuana, cannabis, etc.). A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.







Quiet Hours: We kindly request that our guests avoid making loud noises after 10 P.M. to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all tenants.
