« Our adult son stayed in this unit during Thanksgiving while we (parents) stayed in the upstairs unit. It worked out very well. We were asked to rate the pool, but we are not aware of any pool here. It is most curious! There is no NA category, so I put a 1 since every question requires an answer of some kind. »

« Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. »

« Leroy is an awesome host he responds quickly when you reach out to him. I needed to extend my stay and he did not hesitate to allow me. The property is as described on the listing, great parking if you know Long Beach parking can be difficult! The kitchen has every pot and pan you could need to cook up a delicious meal. Large tvs and comfortable beds. This property most definitely makes you feel right at home. I would most definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone.Thanks Leroy...
