We loved how clean, updated and nice the condo was. The bedrooms were spacious and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved the location to the beach and shops and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment - fantastic location!

The unit was very clean, orderly and decorated beautifully. The kids loved the bunk bed room! Just down the street from Shunk Gulley (best spot on 30A - IMO) as well as the beach. Lots of other good options in the area without having to step in a car. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in perfect location

This home is beautiful! Clean, excellent communication from owner, thoughtfully appointed down to the welcome treats, and the central location is walkable to everything you could want to do in Santa Rosa Beach. Highly recommend for your vacation!

Close to the Beach

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Chance’s Place. It’s close to the beach and we were happy the host provided beach chairs and an umbrella! Check in was easy and we were given an early check in when requested which was great and appreciated. I took off 1 star as several dishes we needed were not clean and a few of the face towels had makeup on them. I understand that these things can easily be missed so it wasn’t a huge deal but something I wanted to let our host know about as I would want to know. However, when I mentioned the opportunities, the host reminded me of the early checkin with no fee and mentioned previous reviews. It made me feel like because we were given an early checkin without charge and others hadn’t mentioned any issues that I shouldn’t have mentioned the issues I actually did experience. I felt like she didn’t believe me. This left me disappointed in the experience which could have easily been a very quick acknowledgment and move forward. She did ultimately apologize and offered a partial refund on the cleaning fee without me asking or even expecting anything which was nice.

Amazing stay!

Staying here was a breeze! The condo is clean, lovely, tastefully appointed, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Aresa is a wonderful host who replied quickly and consistently if we had any questions. I loved how convenient everything was. My son wanted to ride bikes. We walked around the corner to YOLO and 10 minutes later, we were on our bikes and off for a three hour bike trip. My husband wanted to stay in and watch the game (the flat screen tv in the condo was “awesome” to watch the game on per my husbands review) so I walked around the corner and picked up delicious food from the Perfect Pig. We loved Shunk Gulley too! It was such an easy stay! We look forward to coming next year!

Beautiful!

This condo is beautiful and Aresa was a dream to work with. She accommodated our early check-in, had super fast communication and even left a happy birthday gift for my husband! Once we figured out the lay of the land, Gulf Place was easy to navigate and we LOVED Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and Chef's Deli. Highly recommend!

The perfect place at the beach!

Our family loved staying at Chance's Place! It is beautiful, very clean, and just a short walk from the beach. Aresa provided so many amenities that you need at the beach, but don't necessarily want to run out and buy for just a one week stay. Also, she was incredibly helpful and quick with communication. We would stay here over and over again!

Clean and great for a family

This unit is at a great location, within a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. We didn't have to drive anywhere during our stay. It was very clean and it had everything needed for a family vacation at the beach. We would definitely consider this property when we plan to come back to the Santa Rosa Beach area.

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation

We loved this condo and the property in Santa Rosa Beach. The condo was so clean and well equipped. It was nicer than home and so relaxing! We enjoyed the beautiful shades of blue water and the white sand beaches. We also loved the convenient restaurants that are family friendly and offer great food and drinks. Great place! Our family stayed here for our spring break and had a great time. The condo was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping along 30A. Not to mention closely located to Destin. Spring Break Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay in this beautiful condo. The condo is amazing. It was very clean with beautiful decor and there is even a peekaboo view of the gulf from the balcony. This was our first time to stay in the 30-A area and we were not disappointed. Gulf Place is an easy walk to the beach. There are also some places to shop and eat at Gulf Place. Aresa was easy to work with and quick to reply to all of our questions. We will definitely be returning to this area!

Nice Condo and Location

A brand new condo that's in the heart of Gulf Place. Our family stayed here and enjoyed the access to the pools and proximity to the beach and Gulf Place restaurants. All was smooth with check in and the owner. One thing that we liked was that the bunk bed room has a door that closes, we saw other condos where there wasn't a door.
