Gulf Front à Seagrove et trÚs proche de Seaside! Ce condo au rez-de-chaussée a été totalement mis à jour avec des planchers de bois franc, de nouveaux appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, de nouveaux meubles et 3 nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat! Sortez directement de la porte de votre salon vers le golfe! Pas d'ascenseurs !! 6 couchages. Une chambre principale avec trÚs grand bain privé. Deux lits superposés dans le couloir sont parfaits pour les enfants et la couchette supérieure dispose également d'une télévision murale à écran plat. Un canapé-lit queen avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme dans le salon. Il y a une deuxiÚme salle de bain complÚte qui en fait une excellente location familiale. L'unité a laveuse / sécheuse. Profitez de la brise du golfe depuis le patio. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Le Palms at Seagrove offre un environnement familial comprenant une piscine relaxante pour profiter aprÚs votre journée à la plage, des barbecues au charbon de bois pour votre usage, deux chaises de plage et un parasol seront installés sur la plage pour votre usage pendant votre séjour. (disponible à partir du printemps jusqu'au 31 octobre). Le Palms dispose d'un accÚs à la plage privée et fermée pour les clients du Palms. Le bord de mer n'est qu'à quelques minutes de vélo pour faire du shopping, manger et des concerts et des films en plein air saisonniers gratuits. La Scenic Highway 30A offre une piste cyclable de 17 miles vous permettant d'explorer les différentes communautés le long de 30A, y compris Watercolour, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Alys Beach et Rosemary Beach.

Living the Life

Our week long stay in Santa Rosa Beach Florida at this condo has been nothing but short of amazing. From the pristine white sand beaches to the crystal clear turquoise waters everyday view from this condo was a perfect blend of relaxation and enjoyment. We enjoyed stunning sunsets, and the charming atmosphere of this beautiful coastal town. The warm hospitality and serene picturesque surroundings have made this trip truly unforgettable. Our condo was a perfect fit for this vacation to soak in the tranquil beauty of the Gulf. We will rebook this condo for another trip to the Gulf in the near future. This was our 2nd stay at this particular property and I’m sure we will have more. This unit is perfectly located and within steps to the beach! Everything you need is at your fingertips and not to mention property manager is just a text or call away and responds quickly to your needs

Location could not be any better!

On our way home from a wonderful week in Seagrove. The location is absolutely amazing. Right outside your door is a large area of grass for kids to play. About 20 steps to the top of the stairs to the beach which is about another 20 steps away. The condo is very comfortable. Kitchen has a long Island for prep. King bed is very comfortable and bunk beds were fun and comfy for kids. I have an 11 and 13 year old and they were big enough for both. Beach was not crowded and host was awesome and responds IMMEDIATELY! Super said our week is over!

Beautiful Stay

Loved this place. Very clean. Kiddos had their own bunk. It was exactly as pictured. It was pretty neat to wake up and drink coffee on the patio and see the ocean. 30 minute walks to Seaside for restaurants was a norm for our family. The umbrella service was great and the beach was not crowded for a hot July month. Can’t wait to make it back.

Perfection!

This beautiful property is our 'go to' every Labor Day. It's well maintained, always clean, comfortable beds and just plain wonderful! The property manager is very responsive and so wonderfully kind. Accommodating us when we arrived early, making sure the make ready was completed. The local caretaker is amazing, kind and thorough. We're already planning next year's trip!!

Best beach vacation we’ve ever had!

What a gem! Condo had everything we needed for our week stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds—each with their own light and outlets to charge their devices. Super clean and AMAZING location! First floor walk out to the beach was better in person than the pictures. The beach was pristine, never crowded and the chair/umbrella service was so appreciated! We drove 30A from Destin to Panama City during our trip and their is no doubt that Santa Rosa Beach was the best location for our relaxing end of summer vacation! Great restaurants close (Bronzinni’s Pizza may be the best pizza we’ve ever had!) and grocery store within minutes. Check in and out was flawless! Superb communication prior to our arrival with all pertinent details. Tanya is an incredible host!!! We can’t say enough kind things about her or her property! Quick response anytime we communicated. When we hit a little snag with our arrival plans, she responded with empathy, kindness and compassion WAY beyond what we could have imagined! Truly a wonderful host! We simply cannot imagine a better beach vacation anytime in our future! Santa Rosa will always be what we compare any other possible beach location we think if traveling to!

Beautiful and perfect location

This place was comfortable, decorated nicely and had everything we needed. The bed was compfy as well. Being on the first floor was so nice for us this time since my husband was recovering from a knee surgery but I want to stay here again, it just overall was so much easier and convenient. Location was perfect and beach was awesome! The owner was so responsive and caring and made sure we were happy with our stay. We plan to return!

The Best Condo in Seagrove!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It’s simply the best. Perfect location, beautiful decor, the most well appointed condo, and the master bed is too die for. Tanya is the best hostess ever. We will be back again next year!!!!

Perfect family beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Tanya’s place. Nothing beats waking up to the ocean waves each morning, and the ease of having the beach right off the back porch was awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed to make yummy meals in, and the condo was clean and comfortable. Plus, the location is perfect for bike riding into Seaside or Grayton Beach. Everything we hoped for in a beach vacation!

Our host was amazing leading up to checkin. We did not need to reach out to the host during our stay because everything was perfect. Gorgeous views and access to the beach was literally at our back door. Everyone was kind and family oriented. Recommend this place to all.

Breathtaking Views

We chose our condo due to the beautiful photos of the contemporary style and amazing location! Our condo is conveniently located on the first floor right on the beach! It was super convenient to unload and access the beach! The view is second to none and the entire condo is beautiful and clean! The pool was also very clean and nice. We will definitely be back!!!! The owner was very easy to get ahold of and always replied immediately when we had questions! The condo also included a lovely umbrella and chair set that was ready for us every day! We truly enjoyed the private beach and gorgeous water!!!

Perfect in all ways!

Every little detail was taken into consideration with this place! The communication leading up to our trip was quick and helpful with all my questions to Tanya. The location was perfect and the condo was clean and had everything we needed from dishes to beach toys. The quick access to the beach was perfect for our family. We were able to go back and forth easily which was super helpful with little kids. The grassy area outside the patio was ideal for kids to run around and play. We will definitely be returning!

Location, location, location!

I cannot say enough about this condo and it’s location! You cannot beat the convenience of being ground level, and the views were gorgeous! My husband and I stayed there with our 5 year old and 2 year old, and they loved the bunks. We cooked in every night, and the kitchen provided all the equipment needed to cook restaurant-quality meals! We loved being walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the seafood market. We were so impressed that we went ahead and booked for next summer. Tanya was so professional and quick to respond with any questions. We are already looking forward to our next visit!!
