„We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It was very close to the Lodge at Harrisburg Lake where our extended family had a reunion. The Cottage gave us a quiet space for our family to stay, while still being close to the action. The lake is quiet and lovely, and just a short walk down the road. The incline to the lake is steep, and too difficult for anyone with ambulatory issues. Not everyone at the reunion could enjoy the lake. That is just something to keep in mind here. „We were greeted by 2 dogs before the host met us at the office door when we arrived and we stayed 3 comfortable nights. It was chilly weather but we had a thick comforter on our bed so we could enjoy the fresh air and still be warm. We had pizza with our host the first night and there were coffee shops for breakfast and coffee in the towns nearby we visited over the next few day. „Small but cozy building from early 20th century with add on living room and bathroom. Some of the instructions didn't match the reality ( lights on ,no wifi pw needed) . No tv,wifi was spotty.propane ,electric and space heating provided and heavy comforters.15 minutes from gore mt 25 to town with stores and restaurants. Need 4wd in winter due to gravel roads.Good value . Was warned about dog who woke us up barking outside wimdow at 10pm. Looks like it would be fun in warm weather with Hot tub ...
