„Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.“

„Sehr saubere und gepflegte Doppelhaushälfte. Toller Pool mit Tiki Taka Bar. Zu Fuss zum Strand (Sonnenuntergang!) nur ca. 7min. Restaurants ebenfalls in Laufdistanz. Publix (Lebensmittelgeschäft) per Auto in 5min erreichbar. Kommunikation mit Eigentümer (Parvaneh) schnell und zuverlässig, Antwort auf Fragen kam innerhalb von Minuten. Problemloser check- in und check-out-Vorgang. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen bei 4 Personen (ab 5 Personen wird es aufgrund eingeschränkter Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen ...

„The appartment was really nice and had an own entry to the fenced pool area. The communication was only via email but we got all information needed. The garden area was really nice and the city itself very beautiful. Unfortunately we found a smaller dead cockroach at the fridge when we arrived and a bigger palmetto bug at the last day of our stay. But I guess it's almost impossible to avoid that, as the rest of the property was really clean.“

„Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. "Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit zwei Queen-Size-Betten. Durch die barrierefreie Gestaltung war das Zimmer sehr grosszügig geschnitten und trotz der Lage im Erdgeschoss mit Fenster zur Einfahrt angenehm ruhig. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man einen beliebten Aussichtspunkt für den Sonnenuntergang, direkt gegenüber vom Hyatt Hotel. Besonders gefallen hat uns das kostenfreie Parken in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage – das ist in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut ungewöhnlich. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. *** We had a ground-floor room with two queen-size beds. Thanks to the accessible layout, the room was very spacious and despite being on the ground floor with a window facing the driveway - remarkably quiet. The hotel’s location is excellent: within just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach a popular sunset viewing spot across from the Hyatt Hotel. We especially appreciated the complimentary parking in the underground garage—something quite rare for a hotel of this standard. We would definitely book this hotel again. "
