le personnel de l'acceuil et de direction pas à l'écoute du client j'ai failli oublier mon vol retour à cause du carte de serviette non rendu alors qu'au moment du check in on m'a jamais prévénu que les cartes de serviettes sont facturables 12$ la carte en cas de perte dommage pour un hotel 5 étoiles

Deuxième séjour au sierra. Cette fois ils se sont surpassés en étant très attentionné. Une surprise avait été prévu pour les 2 ans de notre petite fille sans qu’on leur dise. Nous avons retrouvé Rasha qui est super serviable et très efficace comme pratiquement tous le personnel. Un grand merci à Ahmed le maître nageur de là piscine enfant qui était vraiment aux petits soins avec nous mais surtout avec notre petite fille. Le seul bémol est la nourriture qui malgré le fait qu’elle soit très varié reste toujours la même surtout qu’on y resté 2 semaines sur la fin du séjour nous n’en pouvions plus. C’est sur qu’on y retournera une troisième fois.

Bon hôtel avec tout sur place pour un séjour agréable, navette gratuite de l'hòtel a Namabeach, à 5 minutes de l'aéroport. Il faut avoir des notions d'anglais ou de russe car le français n'y est pas pratiqué. Nourriture tout à fait convenable.

Okay stay at Sierra
Stayed here for a week - great weeks stay in a hotel. Air conditioning and door broke during our stay but this was fixed right away. Food is okay, repetitive and entertainment not bad. Near soho square and the beach so always something to do. There are many pools on site which is nice.

Perfect experience
This hotel was our latest destination for our planned trip and out of 3 this was by far the best hotel. All services and amenities were 5 star. For us only improvement point was lack of frequency in shuttles to key areas such as old market. There was only 1 shuttle goes at 9. 00 pm and returns at 12.00 am. There could be some options like hourly shuttle service after 7 to 12.

Look at other options first!
Tired and average. The bedroom was a good size but its decor was tired, and the A/C sounded at times like a plane taking off. Also, the balcony door would not look! The restaurant has the feel of a canteen and the food was limited in choice and average in taste. Cats sleeping on sofas in the reception/lounge area. No late check out available! Compared to others it is lacking a lot. This was my second stay here and will be my last.

Vi consiglio di alloggiare qui, è un ottimo resort e si mangia anche bene, rispetto a tanti italiani in altri villaggi che hanno fatto la fame per una settimana! Le camere con balcone sono stupende, la pulizia è impeccabile e il personale è molto gentile. La posizione è ottima perché essendo dentro Soho Square hai tutto a portata di mano senza essere obbligato a chiamare taxi per uscire dal villaggio. Tutto perfetto!

Harika bir deneyimdi. Sierra'yı herkese tavsiye ederim. Keyifli havuzlar, zengin açık büfe, Soho Square hemen otelin yanında ve etkinlik alanı içerisinde otele ait bar mevcut. Bir çok mekanda Sierra'ya özel indirimler var. Taxi servisleri harika, fiyatları uygun ve araçlar çok konforlu. Çalışanların hepsi çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar çok geniş ve konforlu. Sahildeki iskelede rengarenk balıklarla birlikte yüzebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşım Amr'a güleryüzü ve yardımları için teşekkür ederim. Sharm'a tekrar geldiğimizde mutlaka Sierra'yı tercih edeceğiz.

Me and my wife has an amazing stay at Sierra resort, the resort is very clean, food is very nice with different varieties suitable for everyone, pools and activities is amazing, check-in was normal, however main restaurant team is exceptional, I wish I remember all the names but Rasha has a very warm welcome and always greet us with a smile and very friendly attitude, main pool bar team is working hard to service everyone on time even when it’s busy. Resort offers good discount for near bay restaurants which is very nice gesture from the resort, only point not happy with is from reservation team which I have informed before arrival that we are celebrating our anniversary however, there was nothing offered, even I ask to arrange something and I will pay for it, but no one reply back to me, which was a bit disappointing, however the warm welcome from other team members and the professionalism of the all team make my vacation is the best one, can’t wait to come back and meet everyone

First time stay in May 2023. Overall very happy with our experience, lovely hotel, generally friendly staff that made you feel welcome. Good food choice for all sittings, beautiful beach that is defiantly worth the short trip to see. The property also has cats, which for us was a bonus.

Very average. Nice looking hotel and decent rooms. However, the food was limited in choice and very bland to taste. I only stayed one night but was woken at 6.30 by persons in the room next door. Told reception who showed no interest at all. Had less than 24hrs at the hotel but not allowed to have lunch even though I had paid for All Inclusive !?

Front desk staff especially Mina is very helpful. Room service is done at its best, a good gratitude, they deserve it. Bar tenders and restaurants providing a good service. Food with good but could be better for a full experience. Hotel grounds is very good. Activities is at its best. Best of all hotel location, I think best in all over sharm right on SOHO square. Beach was nice but bit cold during that time of the year, 9 pools were 4 heated and 1 salty pool

The hotel is mostly geared towards tourists from the Russian speaking countries and the standards are thereafter. Language issues sometimes. Friendly staff, food has good standards. No beach, but beach transport available. Recommended if you want to be close to Soho plaza with expectations of a 3 star hotel if the price is right.

Fantastic service at Sierra
From the moment we arrived at Sierra the service was really fantastic. The resort itself was very nice and comfortable. I'm personally not a huge fan of resorts, as food tends to be quite average - and this was true even at Sierra. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Good Value Overall
Sharm can be expensive but the Sierra is actually a pretty good deal compared to most other places. It’s not giant but you can walk or take the shuttle to the sister properties and their beach right down the hill. The snorkeling is quite good for right off the beach. If you don’t like kids or party music, ask to stay away from the main pool. The adult-only and salt pool behind the spa were nearly empty and super peaceful. The spa has really good treatments. The staff were super friendly, the food better than decent, and drinks plentiful.
