„The property was very clean once you got into the unit. There was a stairwell to get into the unit that was pretty long and steep and it was quite dirty. But once you got past that everything was very clean. The set up was a little odd, but it was represented well in the description so it was no surprise. The bathroom is on the second story of the unit which was a little inconvenient but not a deal breaker for us. I wouldn't choose this unit if I had I issues with stairs or any difficulty ...

„The location of the property is in the heart of the Southside and walkable to many places (Station Square, over the bridge to downtown, and lots of close places right on Carson St). Street parking is available, but there is not much of it. Our first night we had to pay to park in a public lot just around the corner. „The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good. ...
