« Entry is dingy and smells badly of cat urine. Living room is smallest room and seats 2 comfortably. The kitchen is ok. Nothing special but ok. Bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. AC units in both bedrooms worked great. Didn’t love the parking situation but nothing bad happened during the 5 night stay so may have been worried about nothing. Lots of homeless in the area and city as a whole. »

« The studio apartment has anything that we need for a week-long stay (e.g., wifi, kitchen, drier, washer). Super clean and tidy, in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager is welcoming and supportive throughout our stay, totally would come back 10/10. »

« I enjoyed the location very much. It was so easy to get to, everything was walking distance and the view was gorgeous. The rooms were tidy with comfortable furniture and smelled pleasant. I plan on trying to stay here anytime i am in the city. »

« Very close to downtown (the strip district) area), the botanical gardens is not to far either ! Only thing that kinda sucks is trying to find the parking lot but we ended up finding it ! Very clean ! »

« This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

« Property manage me were very responsive. We added one more night close to our stay because we realize our flight was arriving super early, so we reached out, problem solved. Also, we got good recommendations on what’s around the area to eat and local sight seeing places not promoted on the internet. Overall, best customer services all around »
