« We got there by mistake due to late booking, other places being fully booked. Reception desk was not pleasant at all and probably not used to foreign visitors with poor understanding of strong american accent, getting there after a long drive and difficulties to find the place. Should behave in a more understanding of the situation! The motel is located long way away from Chicago downtown and although GPS was mentionning 32 minutes drive to Shoreline at Navy Pier, it took us 95 minutes on...

« All the staff was very helpful. The kitchen staff were all excellent. All food was prepared very well. »

« I asked for a non smoking room and when I walked into the room it smelled like old smoke. The blankets were stained, I was told I would get extra towels and never received them. The heater was not working properly. There was to much going on in the parking lot which actually kept me up most of the day. Will not consider returning. Which I feel bad because I went to a Red Roof in Naperville and it was a different experience »
