Location was great, close to beaches but not crowded. Screened in pool was nice to have. House was spacious and parking was sufficient for 2 SUVs. Close to a car was for vacuuming sand out. Host was quick to respond to any question/concern and very helpful. If you do use the dryer, use it on timed dry to avoid it shutting off after a couple of minutes (my sister had the same dryer and has to do this with hers at home). Washer and dryer were large for full loads. Home came with enough trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper/shampoo/conditioner/hand doap/body wash/laundry detergent etc for our stay. Beds and couch were comfy. Would absolutely stay again.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at the house! It was very clean , close to the beaches, Maderia and Indian Shores. The pool was very clean and fun as well and plenty of room for our group of 8. Also the property manager was very quick to reply to our questions or concerns!

Great place to stay.

Our stay was fantastic. It was family between ages 6 and 71 years of age. They were so many things for the kids to do and enjoyed it all. First time I heard “let’s leave beach and go to beach house”. We went to two different beaches, shopped and on a rainy day made it over to the Dalí museum. Checkout has never been so easy. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay there.

Great place for family fun

The house was very accomodating and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well supplied and beds were comfortable. Lot of outside activities as well kept us busy and entertained while at the house. Very quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return to this property.

Baseball and Beach

We enjoyed our recent stay at this location. Short drive to Indian Shores beaches and less than 30 min to the Bay Care ballpark, where we attended a Phillies spring training game. It is a nice home with lots of fun to enjoy within the home and yard. Everything was great and the property manager was very responsive to my questions.

Amazing !!!

We were in search of a property near the beach this time around. This property was in a prime location near multiple of them. This property also had all the amenities inside and out needed to keep the adults entertained just as much as all of the kids. ( 3 adults, 4 Kids ages 10-17 )Property was very well maintained, the pool was also cleaned regularly during our stay. The host responded very quickly to all of our questions and requests prior and during our stay. Overall, we had an amazing and very relaxing time. I highly recommend this property, we will definitely be returning !

Wonderful stay!

Our whole family stayed here during Thanksgiving and we had a fantastic time! There are options around the house to entertain all ages. The property was very clean (and I’m picky!). We would definitely stay here again.

Family Gathering

Beautiful house, perfect for the extended family to gather. The game room and outside games were a big hit for kids and adults. Loved the netted outside area that kept all the insects away. Everything we needed was there and shopping was close.

Indoor was very clean and comfortable.. BUT the outdoor was spider infested

The indoor space was very clean and comfortable.. HOWEVER.. the outdoor screened in area was a mess .. My husband had to sweep due to the debris on the ground.. The roof of the screened area was covered with tree branches and leaves etc.. which we did not bother to officially report because any attempt to clean it during our stay would have disturbed the solid masses and cause the dirt to fall into the pool.. 🙄and make matters worse. The house should be READY for guest barring any issue which we would need to report. During the sweeping a who said she was the interior cleaning team showed up to drop off a propane tank and when my husband explained what he was doing SHE took the broom from him and if she’d the sweeping.. Additionally The interior of the screen had tons of spider webs nests with living spiders in them and many people complained about bites.. including myself .. we were afraid to take our 3 month old grandson out there for too long is fear that he would be bitten.. So although we did not fully enjoy the pool area we enjoyed the game room.. total rating 3.75
