« No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups. While the unit was on the first floor up from the road, there were about 40 stairs to that level and the instructions to the premises talked of a white door - no white door anywhere. »

Ear plugs are recommended anyway, because there is also a lot noise from the street. "Excellent accueil, nous remercions encore la réceptionniste en charge de notre check-in. L'hôtel est très bien en particulier la piscine ainsi que l'espace spa. La chambre était propre. Bémol sur le bruit jusque tard (route/tramway qui fait vibrer la chambre). Isolation très faible. Chambre au calme à demander impérativement en cas de nouveau séjour."
