« Couldn’t ask for a better location!! Super cool historic building and great apartment. Very comfortable beds and comfy space. Nice common area/library in the lobby. Great bar and restaurant attached to lobby as well. Would stay again for sure! »

« The location is pretty close to Times Square and is easily accessible to transportation, with many options for food within walking distance. A bit of street noise at night - but that’s expected in this territory! The host was super responsive and kind! I do recommend some sort of full length mirror or additional mirrors in the space to help with getting ready haha. Other than that, lovely stay and got exactly what was advertised! Thank you :) »

« This place was great. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 big living room and plenty of space to hang out. It was more than we thought we would get in Manhattan at this price.The only thing to be ready for is you are on 4 stories up with no elevator. We made it work.It's right above a pub but you didn't hear it in the room. We would stay here again. »

« First off, wow what a view! Coming home to this view alone made our trip extra special. Our family had a great stay here. Huge space for our two children plus mother in law and the bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment gave added privacy. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Like a five star resort. Spotlessly clean, luxury sheets and towels and extra comfortable beds. Everything felt and looked brand new. The host was very accommodating and responsive. He provided for us both a crib...

« This was a great place to stay. True 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room table for family meals. AC units in 2 bedrooms and in dining/living room. Pizzeria, deli, cafe, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Great location and always easy to catch a taxi just outside. I would highly recommend renting this apartment. »

« Cleaning was top notch , everything smelled & looked well cleaned. Location near Times Square for my conference was also perfect for me & ideal for most needing to be centrally located in manhattan. Unit can definitely used to accommodate multiple guests comfortably given the space. The host was practical & very responsive to all my questions. »

« We highly recommend this property!! It is beautifully decorated, centrally located and extremely clean!! We had a group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 month old baby. We had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning/heating unit so that you can have your room at your individual desired temperature. « Très bon emplacement, proche du coeur de Manhattan et de Times Square à pied. 3 vraies chambres. Par contre, le logement mériterait une rénovation complète de la salle de bain et aussi le changement des fenêtres qui n’isolent ni du froid ni du bruit. »

« Great location next to bus stops and close to the subway.A plethora of restaurant, coffee, and snack options to choose from. Really homey neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and clean. All the necessities were there. Beds were comfortable. Couch was comfortable enough to sleep on as well. Check in was easy and property managers were responsive. Will definitely look to stay again next year! »

« My wife and her friend rented this place for a long weekend to visit some friends in NYC- the apartment was really nice and comfortable and located close to a lot of places or to public transport - the amenities were mostly great - would loved to have had more hand-towels and also basic kitchen items like salt and pepper! « Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father. »

« très bien situé,immeuble très vétuste,6 chambres mais espace de vie plus adapté pour 8 que pour 12,cuisine moderne mais quelques ajustements a faire.Quelques rectications a faire en confort et decoration »
