I always request a first floor room in my reservation and I am always told the hotel is booked and I was assigned what was available. « We had a door and toilet that didn’t work in our 1st room (after unpacking:(). We were moved to a 2nd room and also had toilet issues there that couldn’t be solved until the next morning:(. We did not swim or attend the breakfast, but both seemed great. Staff was friendly. »
