Hôtels LGBTQIA+ friendly à Sud d'Austin, Austin

« 7$ per night for the parking …why don’t you include this for everyone, I doubt many customers come to your hotel without a car … furthermore, maybe you could teach your desk employees where to locate the hotel on the paper map you’re offering at the arrival, that would help (or just don’t present paper map) »

« DISGUSTING! The hotel was dirty, smelly and poor maintained. The first room o checked in was impossible as there was a heavy smoke smell. I changed room. The second room was dirty, stains on blankets, pillows linens of different colors. But the most disturbing was nails sticking out the headboard in direction of the customer heads I changed room again. The third room was again smelly and with stains on the blanket and on the pillow. At this point t I changed hotel. »

« Lots of room, well equipped kitchen. The room could use a full length mirror. The TV in the living room of my unit did not work. I reported it to the front desk and left for the day. When I came back it was still not fixed. Good for a long term stay. »

« The lighting in the bathroom was very difficult that would be my only complaint »
