„Rented this awesome house for my 30th birthday with my mom and a couple of friends! It was the perfect location. Make sure to walk a block to the Cosmic Pickle! And it's just a short drive to downtown. The private pool and sauna were perfect!Can't recommend this place enough. “

„Six of us enjoyed this stay - all in Austin for a wedding in Hill Country. Good central location - easy rides to downtown, airport and Hill Country. Clean. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Spacious backyard. Great communication with host. Recommend without reservations! “

„Our family loved this. The property was awesome. There is lots of room for everyone. There is a lot of cool stuff on the walls and collections to look at. We love the outdoor yard space. There are limited cooking supplies, but I was thrilled to see a tea kettle. We love the location and we would definitely come back the next time we visit Austin!!!!.“

„Our group of four adult family members thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casita Verde. We were in town for UT graduation, and the location could not have been better for access to the restaurants and shopping on and around South Congress. The house itself is very clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed, and the owners are hospitable and responsive. It was a five-star stay on its own merits, but if I could, I would give it two extra stars simply for its proximity to Matt's El Rancho!“

„The house was great for our group. There was so much space and easy to spread out. The loft was great for the teens and we loved the speakeasy, hot tub, pool and all. Close to all the fun on Congress. We will be back. “

„We stayed in Austin for Memorial Day weekend in 2025. The property is very clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the deck around the house is a great place to hang out. The house is not a large one and the third bedroom is more of a couch area than we thought it was going to be. Also, the pictures online are not visible from the house. Go for comfort and cleanliness but don't expect a view. The owner was very very accommodating and I would stay here ...

„We had10 adults & the location was perfect, only 1.4 miles from the wedding venue on South Congress. South Congress also entertained with great shopping & eateries. So much activity within a short distance. Thank you we were so comfortable & all loved it!“

„overall, the place is great. For more than eight people the property was a little tight. One full bathroom short when there are that many people staying. It was a hot weekend and air conditioning could not keep up. But location is great and access to restaurants is wonderful.“
