« Very nice property, especially if you have pets, with a nice fenced back yard. One issue in the description "The bathroom features a walk-in shower (no bathtub)", which is incorrect, it has the claw foot tub shown in the pictures, with no true shower. We had a couple of issuesduring our stay, which the host responed to very quikly. »

« Las camas no son muy comodas ...en varias ocaciones tratamos de comunicarnos con los anfitrión y no respondieron hasta que la persona quizo...también ya cuando pudimos contactar ala persona nos dijeron de los utencilios que no los metimos ala lavavajillas y perdon pero te cobran un porcentaje de limpieza .. »

« The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town. »

« Cute house, Quiet location, 3 beds with dirty, crumpled sheets, dirty fridge, used pan of oil in oven. Mouse on countertop trying to get into our food. The mouse was the final straw, we left for a motel with a quick agreement from the Host. The Host agreed a refund should be issued several times in the 1st 3 days while i paid for a motel room instead of staying there. Again, 1 week later he was sending urgent message to "Management Team" for my refund. Two weeks later, last chance for review,...
