„Everything about the Swanendele Inn was exceptional: the location, the accommodations, the facilities, the decor, the hosts, and, not least, the breakfast. In fact, you could spend several days just exploring the remarkable antiques and artifacts around the place. However, what made the strongest impression was the fiery glow of dawn though the pine trees outside our balcony every morning in the Margeret Brent suite. „Room was great. Had a little difficulty climbing the step to the second floor but they assisted us with our suitcases. Normally would take advantage of kayaking and biking but friends dont do either“

„This is a very nice hotel. It is small, quiet and relaxing. The grounds are well kept with Adirondack chairs and other comfortable chairs around the property. Almost all of the rooms have a water view as the hotel sits on a channel leading to the bay. You can watch the boats go by and see the Osprey guarding a nest and diving for food. Our second floor room was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom and and bedroom were large and clean enough and the room had a small balcony facing the ...

„We were on Kent Island for a family reunion. This property comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 4 children ages 10-16 (3 families). The bedrooms were large enough and spread out enough to allow for privacy and quiet spots. The volleyball court was a big hit with everyone. There were many games and additional game equipment available. Great weekend. Thank you. This is a second rental we have made with Donna and will be back again.“
