« Can't beat the price! Clean room, hot shower. Spoke with the on-site manager. It's under new ownership and is being completely remodeled. Rooms have new bedding and towels while they renovate each room. »

« This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. »

« Staff was very Pleasant & Helpful upon arrival & helpful throughout our stay. The room was also very nice & clean. The Pool was also great. »

« I have stayed here several times and can say the cleanliness all the way to the customer service was top notch. You are only a stranger once. After that, you are family. Cindy, Jim, Bailey, and Melissa care about each person they serve, and Dax (a service dog in training) gives the best greetings when he is there. This will be my go to place when I need to come to Sheboygan. »

However during our stay for Christmas and New Years, new owners came in, it became a Primestay, and things went downhill very fast. « I sent 2 of our employees here for a business trip and the one room was terrible. It has yellow, blood stained sheets. They moved her to a different room which smelled like smoke and had pubic hairs an stains on the toilet. »
