« Our room had a terrible smell. When we asked about changing rooms because of the smell, we were told that they were sold out. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). When I asked about the guarantee that hangs for customers to read by the front desk (it says something about how they will make it...

« The room and facilities were clean and well-kept since this is a newer building. Check-in took over 15 minutes since there was only one staff member at the front desk and she was on the phone for an extended period of time. There were only two bath towels and two washcloths, but no hand towels. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable for us. »

« I hate having to wight a bad review. This time I was so disappointed. Wanted 10 minutes at front desk along with Two other people. The lady was very nice. But said our room was on the third floor ask if she had anything on first floor. She checked and put up on first floor we had reservations for a Suite it was just regular room but that was ok. The room was out dated and the AC was noisy. The room had a smell that made me sick, the bath tub was stained and chipped, the toilet seat was messed up...
