Other Things to Note:

🧯 SAFETY FIRST: Fire extinguishers, first aid kits, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors are all in the home.

🐻 Wildlife Alert: Bear country! It is common to see black bears in Western North Carolina Mountains. We do occasionally see bears on site. They keep to themselves but its best to exercise reasonable precaution. We recommend leaving car doors locked. Do not leave trash or food outside unattended. Use animal-proof trash bins and avoid leaving food in cars.

🐞 FRIENDLY CRITTERS: While our lovely mountain home is nestled in nature, you may encounter some friendly bugs. We provide regular pest control to keep discomfort at bay, but a few critters might still say hello. To minimize their visits, keep doors and windows closed.

🚫 As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request guests to respect quiet hours from 10:00PM - 6:00AM.

🛡️ Travel Insurance is recommended: There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.

📷 FOR SECURITY: 2 - Exterior Security Cameras for added safety and peace of mind: Exterior camera #1 monitors the driveway and front porch. Exterior camera #2 monitors the rear/side of the property.
