« Emplacement idéal proche de Piazza Castello, proximité du tram ( pour les non marcheurs) appartement situé en retrait de la rue, et surtout accueil très chaleureux, très à l’écoute des questions posées. Aucune mais alors aucune raison de ne pas louer cet appartement. »

L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. « The property was as pictured, including toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials. This is a perfect place for a big group, with 15 bed rooms and 14 beds (4 doubles). The was plenty of seating/table space in the kitchen. 3 bathrooms/ showers all together apart from the bedrooms. It's a short walk to bus stations and there is a shop across the street. Maria was very responsive and accommodating. We reported 2 broken shower heads which I've been told are now new. »
