« Enjoyed the Village’s and loved the area we stayed in. Very nice pool, friendly neighborhood, everything was so convenient to get to. This property needs an update badley…carpet needs to go, it was dirty and stained. Most of the furniture needs to be replaced…couch, loveseat, and primary bedroom furniture was very nice. »

Great location for multiple executive golf courses within a 5-12 min cart ride. Also close to many good restaurants. I am going back to Kevin's place again next year. « The trip for us was very nice. The house had everything we needed, especially when I wanted to cook in the kitchen. It even had a crock pot which is one of my favorite cooking gadgets. The owner was very nice and was available if we had any questions. We loved the flow of the house and the outside area. The Villages is a well maintained community. »

« Great neighborhood in the villages, this house had anything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the villages. The heated pool was very clean and the bird cage/pool area had great seating. House was very clean, full kitchen and appliances. Everything was well cared for, clear use instructions and rooms well lit. The fitness trail nearby was enjoyable. The rec pool was adult only but with in walking distance and easy to drive to as well. »

« It is a nice place in a great area but the 36 golf courses in not free like they say in line. You will need to pay the temporairy resident card for 50$ us if you want to play free executive golf courses. So I spended my time to talk with the owner to explain how to get the temporairy card because they have to fill a form. They didn't want to pay the 50$ US. »
